Our fundamental belief is that effective utilisation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) requires a collaborative approach between humans (the teachers) and machines. As a 'human-in-the-loop' AI company, this ethos is woven into our DNA. With five years of self-funding, we have focused on developing our software product, AutoInsights.
Today, we have a growing international team of subject-matter experts that support this DNA – a data science team with specialist knowledge of NLP and contact centres; business analysts that bring to life the data for our customers; a quality assurance team that support our data science and business analyst team; as well as engineers and full stack developers that ensure the integrity and scalability of our platform.
